Entire Wedding Facility Rental:You get to use the ENTIRE Luxurious Power's Mansion Inn Wedding and Event Center FOR ANY FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WEDDING (Note: If you're guests are renting the Mansion guest rooms, the Wedding Facility Rental fee is reduced by the payments received from your guests)

Specifically, ALL of the following are included in the Wedding Facility Rental: 1) All 15 unique and historic Mansion guest rooms; 2) The Victorian Gazebo or Tropical Waterfall Wedding Site; and 3) The Luxurious Reception ballroom; and 4) The Power Club as described below:

1) MANSION ACCOMMODATIONS: You and your guests can enjoy a one night stay at our beautiful historic mansion. For the bride and groom, we provide a beautiful Bridal Suite with a Heart-Shaped Jacuzzi tub for 2 on your Wedding night. Another 14 additional guest rooms (all equipped with queen-sized beds) are available for all your friends and family to enjoy (especially after partying at the Irish pub). Imagine ending the best day of your life sharing stories at the historic gentlemen's parlor where our very own President Herbert Hoover, California State Governor Hiram Johnson and Assemblyman Harold T. Power met. Your overnight stay includes a delicious breakfast served at the Irish Pub the next morning (at 9:00am). Breakfast consists of Biscuits and Gravy, Quiche Florentine, Hash browns, Sausage, Bacon, Juice and Coffee. Check-in is between 2pm and 4pm the day of arrival and Check-out is at 10:30am the next day. We operate as a Romantic Bed and Breakfast, so additional nights may be purchased separately by your wedding party. You may choose to have us rent out the rooms to your guests at a predetermined price. All funds received from guests can be applied towards the Wedding and Event Center rental cost. 2) WEDDING SITE DESIGN & USE: We will help you with the design and decoration of your wedding site. You have two options to choose from. You can choose our beautiful Paved Stone Waterfall site (for a more natural setting). Or, you can choose our elegant and traditional Victorian Gazebo wedding site. We provide all your Chairs and Tables, Full set-up, tear down and clean-up. We provide you with an amplified sound system for your music. We also provide you with wireless microphones for the Officiant, Master of Ceremonies and for your wedding vows. We provide you with a Communion or Unity Candle table, a Bride’s dressing room, Ivy Wrap for the Gazebo and Silk floral decorations. This price also includes before and after wedding ceremony use of the wedding site for photography (2 Hours). For your convenience, we also provide a 75 car parking lot adjacent to the wedding site for you and your guests to use. Our wedding site is beautiful, classy and elegant You will get great photos of your ceremony and guests at our venue.

3) LUXURIOUS RECEPTION BALLROOM: You will have four hour (4hrs) rental use of our beautiful ballroom for your private reception. We will provide you with rental of all the Tables, Chairs and Special Accessories (for the Head table, Cake table, Sign-in Table, Gift Table, Pull down screen, Video or Slide show projector, Easel for your engagement photo, and all Guest chairs) for your reception banquet. The rental price Includes use of all our available center piece accessories (Mirror tiles, votive candle holders, lead crystal vases, reservation signs, beads, silk florals, vases) and decorations. We provide all the labor for setup, tear down and clean up. Your favorite color Linens may be brought in by the bridal party or rented for a small fee. We also provide you with elegant Stainless steel (with gold trim) chaffing dishes to keep the banquet food at temperature, fine white bone china plates for dinner, champagne flutes for the toast, wine glasses, water goblets, and silverware. We also provide modern, and handicap accessible toilet facilities for you and your guests to use. Our Reception ballroom is fully climate controlled. It is architecturally designed to be simple and efficient, yet elegant. You and your guests will dance the night away on our beautiful dance floor underneath a historic chandelier.

4) THE POWER CLUB: You get exclusive use of the Power Club for after your wedding reception (from 9:00pm to 1:00am). The Power Club features a beautiful full bar with the best “top-shelf” liquor and serves a great selection of handcrafted “brewed-on-premise” all natural beers. The Power Club is themed in a “high-end Irish Pub” motif. After the big day is over and all the dancing is done, what can be better for you and your friends to go do than to go to your own private bar? The bar features 4 big screen televisions, a beautiful wrap-around bar and stereo, leather couches, and beautiful hardwood furniture. It is an impressive lounge. For your convenience, extra "pub" food can be pre-ordered for your guests to enjoy after the wedding at the bar. You are sure to have a "memorable" experience in a "safe" and "familiar" "classy environment". Your alcohol is sold separately

So, you can 1) Have a spectacular wedding on the Mansion grounds; 2) Enjoy an immediately following beautiful banquet reception with game rooms, dancing in our luxurious Reception Ballroom with "fancy drinks" at the Power Club; and 3) Your guests can stay in the unique and historic Mansion built from a gold mining fortune.
